What do I get with this plan?
Your building has an embedded electricity network.
An embedded electricity network is a private electricity network serving multiple premises and has a single connection to the local electricity distribution network.
The embedded electricity network improves electricity buying power allowing us to offer you great deal.
Your building also has an embedded gas network. Each apartment has a gas connection to the cooktop. Your gas supply is unmetered.
On behalf of your Building Management Committee, we are pleased to offer you gas for your cooktop at no charge. The Building Management Committee is the holder of a retail exemption under the National Energy Retail Law, under which it is permitted to sell cooker gas to you.
Potable hot water heating
Each apartment is provided with hot water from a centralised hot water plant. Every apartment is metered individually for hot water usage
Air-conditioning thermal energy
Each apartment is provided with thermal energy for air-conditioning from shared air-conditioning condenser plant. Inside your apartment fan units located in the lounge and bedrooms provide you with the air-conditioning comfort you require.
What about concessions and rebates?

What if I change my mind after I sign up to this plan?
We don’t have lock-in contacts and no exit fees apply.
You have the right to purchase electricity from another supplier who is an authorised electricity retailer should you choose.
Give us a call on 1300 383 749 to discuss your options and to let us know you’ve changed your mind.
If you select another electricity retailer it may require you to arrange for your meter to be changed and you will still need to pay us network charges for as long as electricity remains connected at your premises.
