Cooker gas

Your building also has an embedded gas network. Each apartment has a gas connection to the cooktop. Your gas supply is unmetered.
On behalf of your Building Management Committee, we are pleased to offer you gas for your cooktop at no charge. The Building Management Committee is the holder of a retail exemption under the National Energy Retail Law, under which it is permitted to sell cooker gas to you.

Potable hot water heating

Each apartment is provided with hot water from a centralised hot water plant. Every apartment is metered individually for hot water usage

Internet

Each apartment is provided with fast reliable internet access. This service is a pre-paid service and can be signed up via Evergy’s easy signup process.
